BEGINNERS
Its essential to start of with learning the 5 fundamentals of Pilates which will form the framework for all the exercises in the workout. The 5 fundamentals includes breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage alignment and scapular stability and head and cervical placement. The focus will be on maintaining correct posture and knowing which muscles to activate while executing the moves.
INTERMEDIATES
Exercises will be multi-tiered to target different muscle groups at the same time. Equipment such as flex bands will be used to create an additional challenge. We will also focus on the importance of flow and continuous movement throughout the workout.
